Draft Employers Guide now available

Too many employers and businesses fail to develop and invest in the skills and capabilities of their workforce because they lack awareness of the various programmes and training offers available and often report confusion about how this information is presented. The Employers Guide to Skills is therefore being developed to help address this problem.

The guide covers a variety of the skills provision available across Torbay and South Devon and provides relevant contact details to assist businesses to make greater use of the services and programmes that are on offer.

In order to keep the information up to date and relevant the guide will be regularly updated and maintained on our webpages. The guide is currently available in it's draft form and we are hoping to release the fully completed guide in due course.
